Brad Plamann is the Founding Principal of Hilmann Home Building. He has been in the construction industry for over 37 years. Brad is a visionary leader and has dedicated himself to the growth of this company, establishing an impeccable reputation as a detail-oriented builder of thoughtfully-designed & crafted homes.
Steve West is our Senior Project Manager at Hilmann Home Building and has over 34 years of experience in all aspects of residential construction. As a licensed contractor, he is skilled in communication with homeowners and trade partners. Steve runs day-to-day operations including permitting and supervising subcontractors on our job sites.
Jason Hall is a Project Manager at Hilmann Home Building with many years of hands-on construction experience. Prior to working for Hilmann, he worked as a project manager for a home builder in Colorado. Jason has a degree and experience in the teaching field and also spent his early career as an underwater welder & diver medic.
Steve Bridges is our Pre-Close Coordinator and Warranty Supervisor. From making sure the finishing touches are addressed to assisting in the orientation walk-thru. Steve’s many years of past experience has proven to be a valuable asset in taking care of our customers and their warranty related needs.
Shelby Plamann joined Hilmann in 2000 as Vice President and Office Manager. She brings over 27 years of experience in the industry with a previous background in Banking and Marketing.
